Janice Im is responsible for oversight of ZERO TO THREE’s Program Division, California Office, and Product and Innovation Division (PID) which currently include: Product and Member Services; Professional Development Workforce Initiatives; HealthySteps program; Military Families Department; Parenting Resources Department; Leadership Development Institute; Office of Head Start’s (OHS) National Center for Early Childhood Development, Teaching and Learning; Administration for Children & Families’ Programmatic Assistance for Tribal Home Visiting (PATH) program; and OHS’s National Center for Program Management and Fiscal Operations.
Ms. Im brings over 24 years of experience as a leader in the early childhood field. Prior to her role as Chief Program Officer, she directed two large research grants funded through the U.S. Department of Education and served as faculty for the University of Maryland University College and the Graduate School of Education at George Mason University. Ms. Im holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech.
