Tracy Crudup is responsible for overseeing office administration and establishing the strategic direction of all HR programs and practices within ZERO TO THREE.
In collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team and staff, Tracy ensures the organization’s programs maintain the highest level of quality and effectiveness and respond to the needs of infants, toddlers and their families as articulated in the strategic framework.
Previously, Ms. Crudup served in various positions for the Commonwealth of Virginia, GEICO and McGraw-Hill, CEC/NRI. In these roles, she was instrumental in the development of strategic human resources policies and procedures that supported the mission and objectives of the organizations.
Ms. Crudup is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Association for the National Capital Area (HRA-NCA). She is an advocate for mental illness and suicide awareness, and a volunteer with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Ms. Crudup received her B. S. degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
