Peter B. Neubauer, MD, was a child psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, and a Founding Member of ZERO TO THREE.
Some of Dr. Neubauer’s notable work includes the paper, “The One-Parent Child and His Oedipal Development,” published in 1960, and Nature’s Thumbprint: The New Genetics of Personality published in 1990.
