Clinical guidelines for infant mental health treatment emphasize the importance for providers to honor, value, and provide culturally sensitive services. Although supervision is one of the primary tools used to support the infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH) workforce, research on culture, diversity, and equity within supervision relationships is very limited. This webinar introduced participants to recent research conducted by Drs. Barabara Stroud, Tony Wu, and Myisha Driver.
